1. What is CBD oil?
CBD stands for cannabidiol and it's an active ingredient in cannabis, derived from the hemp plant. CBD is not psychoactive and its oil is made by extracting CBD from the cannabis plant, then diluting it with a carrier oil like coconut or hemp seed oil.

Yes, purchasing CBD is federally legal as long as it doesn't contain more than 0.3 percent THC and it comes from registered industrial hemp plants.
3. Where does your hemp come from?
Our oil comes from the extraction of plants we grow in different farms located in Colorado, New York, North Carolina, Oregon and California.
4. What's the difference between hemp and marijuana?
The THC level is what determines if the plant is hemp or cannabis. The THC level on a hemp plant can't be higher than 0.3% otherwise it is considered marijuana.
5. What's the difference between hemp oil and hemp seed oil?
Hemp oil contains cannabinoids, hemp seed oil doesn't contain cannabinoids.
6. Does your product contain THC?
Only the ones that are marked as "full spectrum". Those products contain up to 0.3% THC. All other products we offer contain 0.0% THC.
7. Will this show up on a drug test?
If the product has a Full Spectrum label, yes, it can show up on drug tests depending on the diet and lifestyle of the person consuming the oil.
8. What's the best method of use between tincture, salves, and softgels?
It depends on the preference of who's using them. All you need to do is take those cannabinoids into your body, the way you do so is totally up to you.
9. How often can I use your product?
It is recommended to use it daily as a dietary supplement.
10. Can I use all the products together or separately?
Yes, you can use them together, as much as needed.

5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the items you’ve ordered before your order enters the shipping process.
6. What if something is wrong with my order?
Although we take many steps to ensure that every order is thoroughly inspected and processed correctly prior to its shipping, we do realize mistakes might occur. Please contact our customer service team regarding your mispackaged order.
7. What if my order gets lost in the mail?
We ask that you allow time for your order to be delivered and will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of its initial departure scan, please contact our customer service department so that we're able to send out another order quickly.

Yes, we do offer next day shipping throughout the United States but that would be an additional cost for expedited service.
